From science to products: the illycaffè path 
There are two main strategies to compete on the global market: cost and differentiation. Illy group since the foundation of illycaffè in 1933 followed the second one, blending art (marketing & visual) and science & technology (pillars of product) in its commercial offer and its organization structure in order to ensure enhanced business development to current and future business. In today's environment, to be on the market and to grow, we must leverage on know-how on scientific acquisition, exploited technologies and competitors move.
