Objectives
The Conference will primary focus on computational science applied to molecular and cellular biology, and explain what an important role this can have. Keynote speakers of outstanding reputation, both theoretical and experimental, in biophysics and condensed matter, will provide introductive lectures.
MAIN TOPICS:
- Disease-causing mutations
- Cellular signal transduction events
- Membrane proteins
The Conference will also aim to create an interdisciplinary collaboration amongst all the attendees by dedicating an entire session to oral presentations. Dissemination of the participants’ work, besides that of the main speakers, will help form networks of collaborative work and stimulating capacity building.
Applicants are therefore encouraged to submit a short one-page abstract, along with their application form, related to the main topics above.
